Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
redheadqueen.com is the personal website of Alena Dzibrova, who performs as Redhead Queen (DJ and producer). She runs it as a private individual and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Booking form. Your name, email address, the event date, city or venue, and your message.
- Email. If you write to [email protected]: your address, the name shown in your email client, and the content of the correspondence.
- Technical data. When a page loads, the hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details, as any web server does.
Why
To read and answer your booking request and to arrange the event if we agree on one. This rests on steps you ask us to take before an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). No newsletters or marketing, and your details are never sold or rented.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange. Correspondence about a booking is kept as long as needed for the event and for any accounting or tax records the law requires.
Who else sees it
Only the providers needed to run this site and its mail, each acting on our instructions:
- Web3Forms — delivers the booking form to our inbox;
- Google — provides the mailbox at redheadqueen.com;
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States; in that case we rely on the contractual safeguards they offer.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The fonts are served from this site itself. Links to Instagram, Spotify, Beatport, YouTube and Google Drive take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one at this address, with the date above updated.
